Molly is a registered dietitian accepting new clients in NutriProCan downtown and midtown locations in Toronto, Ontario. She holds her dietitian’s license in both Canada and the United States. She is registered with the College of Dietitian’s in Ontario, the Nova Scotia Dietetic Association, The Commission on Dietetic Registration, and is a Member of Dietitians of Canada.
Molly’s passion for living a healthy lifestyle, paired with her experience growing up as a competitive athlete, are what drew her to study nutrition and to later become a registered dietitian.
After completing an undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science at Mount Saint Vincent University in 2015, she went on to complete her dietetic internship with Eastern Health at the Carbonear General Hospital in Newfoundland. Beginning her career working as a retail dietitian, she counselled chronic disease prevention individuals and groups with various health conditions in rural Nova Scotia. She then went on to work as a clinical dietitian at a rehabilitation facility in New York City.
Having struggled with disordered eating herself for almost a decade, Molly understands the strong correlation between what we put into our bodies and our psychological well-being. Her mission is to have her clients become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. She does this by helping them identify the biggest barriers when it comes to reaching their goals. Together, they create an individualized plan that is suitable to their lifestyle and needs. Through her professional experience helping clients with various health issues, she knows what it takes to achieve and sustain long-term results.
