Nesrine was determined to be a dietitian ever since she gained a passion for nutrition and health when she was 11 years old. She comes from a family of health professionals such as doctors and pharmacists, but always knew she wanted to be involved in disease prevention. She was diagnosed with an autoimmune digestive disease at a young age and dealt with many nutrition-related issues; however, this provided her with the opportunity to gain more knowledge, experience and passion to help others heal using food as a form of therapy.
Nesrine has always been passionate about learning something new and strives to be on top of the latest research and articles relating to nutrition and physical activity. She completed her nutrition degrees at Brescia University College, with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition, Post-Degree Diploma and Master’s degree. She has also recently obtained credentials as a Certified Diabetes Educator.
