Intermittent fasting is not an essential part of the NutriProCan weight loss program, but if a client prefers eating within a specific eating window, such as 6-8 hours per day, we will work with you on how to do so in a healthy manner.
IF needs to be individualized and it does not work for everyone for weight loss. Please ask your dietitian if you’d like to include IF into your weight loss journey.
